The amount and type of support I provide is flexible and based on your needs - from a few hours remote support per month to regular days on your site each week.
My experience includes almost 7 years in a Systems Manager role (mixed Linux/Windows environment) with up to 100 PC users in Bristol, UK involving part on-site, part remote support. References are available.
I have a preference for Linux (especially Debian) for cost effective, low maintenance servers.
